Commission TOS

  • I can decline & terminate your commission for any reason

  • I own all rights to the artwork and process and can post/use it on any platform. (future art, portfolios, etc.)

  • You can use the image for personal use, however any sort of marketing/business usage is strictly prohibited.

  • You will not get a refund once the art is completed, with that said major changes after the final or during the process will cost extra.

  • Refunds are avaliable BEFORE approval of the sketch. If you do not approve the sketch it will be repurposed. You have no right to use it.

  • 'Ghosters' (Defined by anyone who does not respond within a week) will not get refunds and their sketch will be repurposed

  • If you want something specific, you must be as clear/descriptive as possible. This can include reference photos, poses, expression, etc.

  • Do not ever put your watermark over my art

  • You must credit my art when in use

  • My art may not be fed to/used in any form of generative AI

  • Your commission will be delivered digitally through a social media account or email address if preferred. I am NOT responsible if you cannot access or lose access to the commission.

  • The time it takes may vary! It should take 1-2 weeks if there arent any unforeseen circumstances. (sickness, emergency, etc.) Please bump me if you haven't recieved your artwork within that timeframe :]

  • By commissioning me you agree to this entire TOS
